Problem reproduced with TestEm7 code directly and with many different materials (hand-made water, gas combinations, metals, G4_WATER)

I values are shown in the material table, for example:

 Material: G4_WATER H_2O   density:  1.000 g/cm3   RadL:  36.083 cm   Nucl.Int.Length:  75.505 cm   Imean: 300.000 eV 
---------------------------------------------------------
---> The Absorber is 20 cm  of G4_WATER

However, range is not modified at all by changing the I value in ranges between 0.01 eV to 1 KeV for any of the materials I have tested.

Can anyone reproduce this issue? Where could it be coming from?
