Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.
Inline: Display the subject line only or also the text of the posting(s); for the choice "All" the "Outline" choices are switched off.

I am encountering a very similar problem in my work. I am also interested in the creation of positron emitters through hadrontherapy and wondered if you had found a solution to this problem.
I am trying to identify where positrons have originated from i.e. which atom: oxygen, carbon, nitrogen etc.
I am also a little uncertain about my physics list, I am not sure I am including all the necessary reactions. Could you tell me the name of the physics class which creates the oxygen 15?
If you are still working on this, I think we will have a lot we could discuss and should do this outside of the geant4 forum. Please feel free to email me directly if you wish.
I also have a similar thread where I was asking about this information, but so far have found quite the information I want.
Any help would be much appreciated.
