Hi Sean,

Looking at the environment variables I can't spot anything wrong there - G4INSTALL, G4LIB and G4SYSTEM seem correct for where your libraries are located.

I'm not sure I can be anymore help - the reason for the failure is still, I think, that /home/sturnbull/geant4/lib/Linux-g++ isn't in the list of directories used to search for libraries. However, I can't spot any reason for it not to be included in the link flags by the makefiles...
