As this is Ubuntu, I think the set of packages you need to install are:

  • libgl1-mesa-dev
  • libgl1-mesa-glx
  • mesa-common-dev

Possibly also:

  • libglu1-mesa-glx
  • libglu1-mesa-dev

Basically, you need libGL.so and libGLU.so in /usr/lib, plus /usr/include/GL. The packages above should provide these!
