Hi Marcin, Thank you for reporting this problem. The reaction(n-3He->p+T) Q value from Geant4 nuclear masses become 1273keV. If we use masses of AME2003, then the Q value becomes your value 763keV. I did not expect this level difference between them. The reason is clear, however more investigation required for fix. Does some one do full comparison nuclear mass (or atomic mass) of Geant4 to AME2003?

Hi, The nuclear mass of D, T, He3 and A are modified to the values in AME03. This modification will be included coming patch and AME03 will become default mass table at next release. The bigger difference between current Geant4 value and AME03 than 100keV was seen in about 40 kinds of nuclei among isotopes which have longer life than neutron. Tatsumi
