Thanks for your quick response. I've spent a little bit of time looking at those examples and will see where they take me; in the meantime, please permit me a few more questions:

There appear to be a relatively large number of overlapping, canned physics lists, particularly for hadronic physics. I've looked through some of the code, examples, and documentation (App Dev. Book and the Physics Reference), for some indication of when to use which of the many available models, to no avail. Promising sounding external links in old Forum posts are all dead/broken. Have I just missed the relevant information somewhere? Is there a good, basic, "general purpose" model?
