From the paper, for 2.3keV gamma ray, SE yield will be almost 1 per incident photon, when CsI thickness between 100 and 300 nm; but Geant4 program only get 0.1 SE yield per photon for the same condition. Is it the reason that below 250eV delta-ray not produced in the Geant4?
