Hello,

Geant4 was designed for traditional simulation when we have no collective effects during tracking - each particle is transported independently on transportation of other particles. So, your task is unexpected. Questions about simulation of collective effects appear from time to time but I personally do not remember any positive result except our polarization library where circular polarized beams where implemented.

May be a solution for your problem can be achived in the follwoing way: do standard simulation for non-correlated photons, save simulation history: primary photon parameters, interaction points,... After Geant4 run apply a procedure, which will add weights for final distributions, by these weights you will take into account quantum correlations. It is only suggesting - am not sure if will work or not.
