Dear Mr Chen,

If you want to use low energy EM processes, your physics list doesn't look optimal. In order to help you, could you please look at the sample physics list available in the microbeam advanced example (in $G4INSTALL/examples/advanced/microbeam/MicrobeamPhysicsList.cc) ?

Also, as you can see from this class, you may want to use the G4StepLimiter process since your detector is very thin (and you can limit the size of your steps in your DetectorConstruction class, using the SetUSerLimits method - see for eg. $G4INSTALL/examples/advanced/microbeam/MicrobeamDetectorConstruction.cc).

Trying your simulation with standard EM processes could also be a good alternative.

Best regards, sebastien
