Hi there, 

Here's another way closer to what people (used to) do in G4 GNUmakefiles, namely
> CPPFLAGS += $(shell root-config --cflags)
> LDFLAGS  += $(shell root-config --libs)
It also avoids using "find_package(ROOT)" which may not be appropriate.
